Applications are invited by the Technology Development Board from Indian citizens for the following position on a short term contract basis (for 06 months) which may be extended or curtailed as per the functional need of the Board.
The posts are purely temporary in nature. The personnel will be treated as temporary employees and governed by the Administrative rules / service conditions (for leave, TA/DA etc) of the Technology Development Board.Eligibility Criteria/ Skills Required:
LL.B. / Integrated LL.B. with minimum of 05 years field experience with focus on Corporate / Company Law / Litigation

About Technology Development Board, Ministry of Science and Technology
The Government of India constituted the Technology Development Board (TDB) in September 1996, under the Technology Development Board Act, 1995, as a statutory body, to promote development and commercialization of indigenous technology and adaptation of imported technology for wider application. The board consists of 11 Board members. The Government reconstituted the Board in March 2000.
The TDB is the first organization of its kind within the government framework with the sole objective of commercializing the fruit of indigenous research. The Board plays a pro-active role by encouraging enterprises to take up technology oriented products.
