Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations of vendors.
Provide legal guidance to the company.
Must advice and represent the company in all kinds of legal matters- business disputes, business dealings problems, complex business agreements.
Attending to Companys litigation, dispute resolution and non-litigation matters regarding rental agreement, transaction, business agreement, distribution policies, leases, license, distribution, franchise and others.
Guiding all employees on regulatory and compliance matters.
Analyzing and assessing legal issues relating to products, distributors policy, Employees labour policies.
Ensure the legality of business practices and transactions.
Understand laws and regulations to help the company work within legal boundaries.
Provide legal advice and support on legal issues.
Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.
Providing a high level of quality legal service in a wide range of areas including: corporate, civil and criminal contracts, employment, labor relations.
Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company.
